Refinu can run assessments company-wide, by department, or by any specific cohort of your choosing.

Detailed analysis, personalized - Each Refinu participant is given access to an individualized personality report that helps them recognize their personality strengths, areas for development, and distinctiveness.

Versatility with increased features - To complement the written report, Refinu users can login for additional resources and features, such as accessing relevant academic papers and comparing their personality traits to their cohort or different demographic groups. Managers can also receive a company aggregate report with an anonymized composite profile that showcases organizational strengths and how they can be best leveraged.

A roadmap for success - We provide personalized strategies for organizations looking to develop their talent’s leadership potential with our 'Action Plan' leadership development tool. The Action Plan is a ten-week program aimed at helping managers develop their leadership skills through nudging psychology. Each week managers are asked to complete very simple ‘challenges’ aimed at incorporating new behaviors that align with their career goals. They receive feedback on their progress and motivational rewards for their efforts. This program is backed by research and clinically proven to increase well being and effectiveness.
